Street Art in the Land of Good Water
A few good stills……
Georgetown, Texas; once just a small town, now a thriving, and eclectic community. Also known as the Land of Good Water, Georgetown is now a small city nestled on the San Gabriel River just minutes North of Austin. Having the great fortune of living in the area most of my life; I have seen Georgetown grow exponentially and with that growth, the art community has grown.
What is art? I asked myself while thinking about this shoot. Could not say scientifically, but I know it when I see it. This photo shoot took two days, and I ventured out before sunrise to capture the images without cars. Most of the art work is located in the downtown, sometimes called “old town” section.
